By accessing or using Lesson Console ("Service," "Platform," or "we"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

3. Subscription and Billing
Subscription Plans
Lesson Console offers various subscription plans with different features and student limits. Current pricing and plan details are available on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
Free Trial
New users may be eligible for a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will need to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using premium features. If you do not subscribe, your account will be downgraded to our free tier.
Billing
- Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- Prices are shown in your studio currency unless otherwise specified
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the current period
- Your account will be downgraded to the free tier
- You may export your data before downgrade
Refund Policy
We generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, contact us within 14 days of your payment and we will evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of your students
- Upload or share content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use automated scripts to collect information or interact with the Service
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
5. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content and data you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). This includes student information, lesson notes, materials, and communications.

The Service, including its design, features, software, and content created by us, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Feedback

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We do not warrant that:

- Any errors in the Service will be corrected
- The Service will be compatible with all devices or software
8. Limitation of Liability

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
12. Changes to Terms

- Material changes will take effect 30 days after notice
