System Integrity

To maintain the security and availability of Lesson Console, you may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the service

Account Usage

One Account Per User

You may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to:

• Abuse free trials or promotions

Account Sharing

Your account is for your use only. You may not share your login credentials with others. If you need multiple users for your studio, please use our team features or contact us about appropriate plans.

Messaging Guidelines

When using Lesson Console's messaging features:

• Only message students, parents, and contacts who have consented to receive communications from you
• Do not send spam, unsolicited advertisements, or excessive messages
• Keep communications professional and relevant to your teaching relationship
• Respect opt-out requests promptly
• Do not use messaging features for purposes unrelated to your studio management

Compliance Requirements

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your use of Lesson Console, including:

• Data Protection: Comply with GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, or other applicable privacy laws when collecting and processing student/parent information
• Child Protection: Follow applicable laws regarding working with minors, including mandatory reporting requirements
• Business Licensing: Maintain any required business licenses or permits for your teaching activities
• Tax Compliance: Properly report and pay taxes on income received through the platform
• Anti-Money Laundering: Do not use the platform to launder money or evade financial regulations
